Being properly hydrated can improve your game day peformance.
​
Hydration should start the day before your games and continue until the day after your games.
​
Minimum hydration (L) per day can be worked out by multiplying your body weight x 0.03  If exercising you will need to increase your minimum H2O intake by 300ml every 15-20 minutes
