The Gold Coast Rugby League Referees Association (GCRLRA) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through gcrlra.com.au and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and message. We do not require any other personal information to browse the site.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about the association. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

Contact form submissions are delivered to the association secretary by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, sending from the innocreative.com.au domain. Registration is handled separately through MySideline under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We only share your information with committee members who need it to respond to your enquiry, and with the service providers named above who process it on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable records, then remove them when no longer required.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing the secretary.
